The Frankie Electric Blue Lace Mini Dress is made of stretch fabric, features three-quarter length sleeves, and a crossover style hem. It has ruched style down one side, helping give a fitted silhouette. There's a keyhole at the back of the neck with a button to fasten. Although it is stretched, it is tight-fitting, so I'd suggest going up a size.
